Tatsuo ARAI

1982

After graduating from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he engaged in fields such as international economics, science and technology, global environment, overseas public relations, international cultural exchange, and protocols.

He has served as Director of Personnel Exchange Division, Director of Protocol General, Environmental Counselor (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), Gifu Prefecture Counselor (Vice Chairman of the International Exchange Center), and other positions.

 

Worked at overseas embassies in France, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Zaire (at the time), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and others.
