A lecture by former Ambassador Otsuka was held.

On November 30th, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Djibouti, Omio Otsuka, gave a lecture to our association members and AFRECO members about the current situation in Djibouti. Ambassador Otsuka has been very busy since returning to Japan, but he explained the latest information on Djibouti in an easy-to-understand manner from a variety of aspects such as ODA and the Self-Defense Forces, so that the members could deepen their knowledge of Djibouti.
